how i turn your memories into keepsakes...

Once I have received your inquiry, I will send you an informational sheet within 1 business day requesting additional details about the guest of honor, the timeline, the type of event where you will be showing the video slideshow, music and other preferences that you have to get the most out of honoring your loved one through your video and photo content.

Once I receive the informational sheet, I will reach out to you to review package details, my pricing agreement, how long my production cycle takes, uploading video and photo content, choosing music, as well as reviewing our contract. I will also ask some more questions about your loved one so that I may capture their true personality and essence through your eyes.  

Once we have agreed on all of the details and you have picked a package, I will ask you to sign a contract and provide a 50% deposit for all agreed upon services. Final payment will be required 7 business days prior to the release of  your keepsake video link through a secure payment site. 

All music requests, photo and video content will need to be received prior to the initiation of my video production cycle. All content will be uploaded to a private and secure repository. A link will be provided to that repository so that you may begin uploading photos and videos once our contract is signed and the deposit has been received.  Once the project has been completed, the shared folder will be removed and you will have 14 days to download your video

Depending on the package you choose, the length of my production and editing cycle will vary. For larger packages such as ' The Documentary', I will require 45 days from the time the contract is signed to final delivery of your video slideshow. Production cycle times will be notated in your contract along with a link and deliver by date.
